Drake pulled up at his girlfriend, Nicki parents house. She was at work so he decided to go and speak to her father about something important.

Knocked on your door, with heart in my hand,
To ask you a question.

He walked up to the door and rung the doorbell. Nicki's mother, Carol answered the door and hugged the young man.''Aubrey what are you doing here?''She let him in and led him to the living room.''I have to ask Robert a question.''Carol went to get him and he walked in moments later, sitting down across from him.''What do you want to ask me?''

Can I have your daughter for the rest of my life?
Say yes say yes cause I need to know.

''I plan on proposing to Nicki but I want your blessing before doing it.''Robert looked at him with cold eyes and a mean mug on his face.

You say I'll never get your blessing till the day I die,

''No, you will not marry my daughter. I will not have her marry a rapper thug. ''

Tough luck my friend cause the answer is NO
Why you gotta be so rude, don't you I'm human too,

''I asked you politely but you come back rude. I came and didn't cause any problem but you want to repay me by saying no.''

''I don't even need your blessing anymore, I'm going to marry her whether you like it or not.''Drake got up and left the home then got in his car, driving back home.

Later that night, Nicki and Drake were laying in bed laughing and playing around. Nicki laughed as Drake tickled her. He stopped any pulled her on top of him. Her grabbed the ring from pocket and sat them up.

''I have something important I want to ask you.''Nicki was confused but gasped when she looked down at the box with the ring in it.

''Onika Tanya Maraj, will you marry me?''Nicki put her hand over her mouth as tears started to fall from her eyes. She nodded her head, unable to say anything.''Yes, yes I will marry you!''He slid the ring on her finger fust as the doorbell rang. They both got up and went to answer it, seeing Robert standing there.''Daddy what are you doing here?''

''Onika you will not marry him. I will not allow it.''

Tough luck my friend cause no still means no!

''Daddy I'm marrying him whether you like it or not!''

Why you gotta be so rude, don't you know I'm human too

''I will not take no as an answer. Onika you are not marrying him.'' Robert yelled.

''Not trying to be rude but I'm going to marry her, even if you hate me for it because I love her with all my heart.''Nicki smiled and kissed his cheek.

''I already plan on having kids with him and start a family. I don't care what you say. You don't my decisions anymore daddy.''

''Fine but don't come running to me when he breaks your heart.''Robert left leaving them confused.''Don't listen to him, I will never hurt you.''He softly kissed her lips and took her back to their room to ''celebrate'' their engagement and maybe even work on their first baby.

After their love making session, Nicki and Drake laid looking into each others eyes.''I love you Brey.''Nicki kissed his lips.''I love you too Nika.''Nicki laid her head on his chest and closed her eyes. Drake kissed her forehead and closed his eye, falling asleep as well.
